Program Description
By subscribing, you agree to receive SMS messages from ClearViews Windows, including appointment reminders, service updates, special offers, and general communication related to our window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services. Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text 'STOP' to our number. After you send 'STOP,' you’ll receive a confirmation message letting you know you’ve been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you’ll no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did before, and we’ll resume sending messages. If you experience issues, reply with the keyword 'HELP' for more assistance, or reach out directly at clearviewswindow0@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent
By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and authorize ClearViews Windows to send you automated text messages. Consent is not required to receive a quote or schedule a service.

Fees
Our messages are free, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote or service and not to misuse our SMS program in any way.

Privacy
Your information is used solely to communicate about ClearViews Windows services, updates, and scheduling. We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile information, opt-in data, or consent with any third party under any circumstances. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Availability
While we strive to maintain consistent communication, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. ClearViews Windows reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Messages are only sent between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM local time in compliance with TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

Liability
ClearViews Windows is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or carrier-related charges associated with our messaging service.
